What are Subcodes?
Anything within "quotations" is called a subcode. This is how we identify things for sale via Subports. To buy something or learn how much it will cost to ship, text a subcode to PORTAL (767825). To make life easier, save 767-825 in your phone as something memorable, like PORTAL or SUBPORTS.
How it works for Buyers
Moments after you text a subcode to PORTAL (767825), you'll get a confirmation text message that explains how to cancel your order. You'll also receive an email with information about who to contact if you have any issues with your order.
Buyers can log in to their account at Subports.com to change their shipping address, update payment information, and review their purchase history.
How it works for Vendors
Your subcodes will all begin with the same word or letters, so if your business is called Ace and you sell circus supplies, your subcodes might be "acetrampoline", "acetightrope", and "acetiger". (Note: Subports cannot sell tigers).
When a purchase has been made, you get email confirmation that payment has been approved. The order immediately appears in your Seller account at Subports.com, along with the purchaser’s shipping address (if applicable). The back-end of our system is blissfully simple and easy to use. We promise.
As a vendor, you are responsible for shipping and processing orders. We follow a Net 30 payment cycle starting on the first of each month. Monthly sales reports can be accessed in your Seller account online.
