We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Shipping Policy

Subports Merchant's shipping rates are included in the price of the product purchased. Methods of shipping and terms are set by individual merchants, not by Subports.com. Your item will be shipped to you by the subports merchant.

Before you order, please be aware that various mcommerce sites are designed differently. Each site is required to list links to the associated vendors policies pages. Often these are located at the bottom of the page or by going to the product detail pop up and finding the merchants name. Click on the name, and you will be taken to a page where you can read more information about the Merchants policies.

Returns Policy

Merchants who sell their items on a Subports m-commerce sites vary in their returns policies. When the policies are not on the bottom of the m-commerce site, go to the product detail pop up and find the merchants name. Click on the name, and you will be taken to a page where you can read more information about that Merchant. Just click on the tab labeled "Returns" to read the returns policy. You can also explore the other tabs for shipping rates, help, and customer feedback.

Subports Merchant items cannot be returned to Subports.com. They must be returned to the Merchant in accordance with the Merchant's own returns policy. Subports is not responsible for any items returned to Subports.com in error.

To read the details of the Merchant's returns, replacement, and refund policies, follow the instructions above or follow the link in the Subports email order receipt that was sent to you when the order was placed. You will be taken to a page where you can read more information about that Merchant. Just click on the tab labeled "Returns" to read the returns policy. Exchanges

If an exchange of an item is necessary for a different size, style and/or price our merchants would be happy to issue a refund but would request that you purchase the desired item through a separate transaction..

Out Of Stock Items

Often products sold on Subports are limited edition or one of a kind items. When these items are out of stock they will be unavailable.

If you place an order of an item that is out of stock, you will receive an email notification from the Subports venndor concerning the out of stock item and when or if that item will be available again. You will not be charged for this order.

Sales Tax

New York residents will be charged sales tax on any purchase made through Subports.
