What if I lose my phone or it is stolen?

In the event your phone falls into the wrong hands and unwanted items are ordered, we've got you covered. With every order we email you an order confirmation where you can find information on how to cancel the order. In most cases you will simply email the item vendor to cancel all charges. In the event the item ships, it can only be shipped to your address. Simply return it following the vendor's return policy.

Do items get billed to my phone or my credit card?

Subports charges the credit card on file. The charges do not appear on your mobile phone bill.

What is a Subcode?

We identify products by assigning them Subcodes. Subcodes are the item's descriptive name in quotes without spaces or capitalization. When you text the Subcode, with or without quotes, to PORTAL 767825, we will charge your account and send you the product associated with the Subcode. See our How to Order page for more information.

What is the PORTAL?

The Portal is the number through which Subports receives your order. PORTAL represents the numbers on your phone key pad 767825. To make ordering via Subcode even easier, add this number to your address book on your mobile device, file it under PORTAL. Text a Subcode to the PORTAL to purchase an item.
