Sign up online at subports.com/signup or visit a registration unit during one of our retail experiments. A Subports account requires a mobile telephone number, an active credit card and one preferred shipping address. We store this information securely, linking it to your mobile number. Anywhere you go, Subports is ready to take your order.
THE PORTAL
We've made our number easy to remember: 767825 spells PORTAL on your keypad. To make things even easier, we suggest creating an address book entry for Subports on your mobile device. Text the item Subcode to PORTAL when you are ready to purchase.
SUBCODES
We identify products by Subcodes -- descriptive names in quotes without spaces or capitalization: “kioskpaperhat” Be on the lookout for Subcodes. They can appear anywhere: Online in social networks, blogs and emails or offline via word-of-mouth, print ads, posters, flyers and signage.
SECURE PURCHASING
To buy an item, text the Subcode, with or without quotes, to PORTAL. We will access your Subports account, charge the credit card on file, and ship to your address. Sales tax and shipping are added when applicable. Standard messaging rates apply.
Should your phone fall into the wrong hands and items are ordered, we've got you covered. Just follow the cancellation instructions in the order confirmation email. As a security measure, we only ship to the one preferred shipping address on file with your account. In the event that an unwanted item ships before cancellation, it will only ship to you. Simply return the package following the vendor’s return policy.
